FAST Management

Background
FAST was founded in 2003 by Sara Boas, drawing on her extensive experience in leadership development and her background in anthropology, dance, academic research and the facilitation of creative processes.

FAST is a UK company limited by guarantee, with an application for charitable status pending.

Management Structure
FAST is managed by a board of trustees, supported by an international advisory board. The day to day management and administration is currently provided by volunteers. The FAST management structure will keep running costs to a minimum, however funding is being sought to employ some paid staff to administer the work of the organisation which will become necessary as FAST grows.
